Starting today, March 11th 2009, all agents of the Regional MLS of Minnesota, Inc. can schedule showing appointments directly from the MLS! If you haven't signed up for a training session yet, please do so or check out the many self help resources available to you in your BAS account.
Starting today - February 18th, agents and office staff administrators can access BookAShowing.com through the Matrix MLS system. For more details, please review the "news" section of Matrix!
Appointment scheduling is currently disabled for agents and the anticipated "live" date for that is March 5th. Use the time between now and then to configure your account settings, add instructions to listings, set-up listings for automatic showing confirmation, etc.
Starting very soon, agents and office administrators of NorthstarMLS will be able to access BookAShowing.com through Matrix to setup your account. Appointment scheduling is currently scheduled to be enabled on March 5th, 2009. More information for office staff is available. Agents - watch the news section on Matrix for updates!
Today, Wednesday December 17th, the Northstar MLS beta period for BookAShowing.com begins. You can access BAS through your Matrix Staging account to setup showings and test out all the features. Don't worry about anything setup, it's just our testing/staging environment. We also welcome your feedback during this period.
BookAShowing.com has signed an agreement with the NorthstarMLS (Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota - RMLS) to allow their agents and offices to begin using BAS starting in early 2009. NorthstarMLS neighbors 2 existing BAS customers, the St. Cloud Area Association of REALTORS® (SCAAR) and the REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin (RANWW), and this new agreement will allow members of these associations to schedule showing appointments across MLS systems.
We are currently working with a number of Showing Appointment call center vendors to integrate BAS into their systems. If you are using such a system, please stay tuned to this blog for more details. If you are using another application (desktop or web based) to manage showings or feedback, you should know that BAS can be a full replacement system - at no cost to offices! We can also work with vendors to provide showing appointment information to other systems - contact us for more information.
