Making sure you receive BAS emails

We've gotten many questions about "missing" email lately, especially with Gmail. Here are some instructions on adding BookAShowing.com to your safe sender/whitelist of your email provider.

With the recent conversion of agent IDs to the NRDS format, there was some concern that agents wouldn't remember their new ID number and make finding them difficult in BAS. We've added the ability to search by the old agent ID as well as the new NRDS # to ease the transition. When adding a new appointment, you can search by name (first, last or parts of each), new agent ID and the old agent ID.
